This card shows an artisan being commended by two patrons. The artisan is having their work appreciated and emblazoned on a building. Much like the artisan in the image, your work and skills are about to be validated. You will be visible and appreciated. This can also be considered a card of productive cooperation and work on material things.

When reversed, the artisan in the image is placed below the patrons. This can indicate dissatisfaction or conflicts with superiors or clients. It can also mean burnout or boredom in your work more generally.
